Do you work outside business hours?
Yes, we are available 24 hours, every day. Urgent visits (same day, at night or on weekends) may carry a surcharge that we confirm before booking.
Do I have to leave the house during the service?
It depends on the product and the area. The technician tells you which areas to clear and how long to wait before people and pets use them again.
What warranty is included?
Multi-session treatments include a written warranty, from 1 month to 1 year depending on the pest. A single session lowers activity but does not include a warranty or re-treatments.
How much does it cost?
Prices are published on the Prices page. For termites and large cases, the final amount depends on the inspection.
